The league pools money to put the loser's face, name, and worst fantasy blunder on a real billboard or local ad spot for a month. It is the most public punishment money can buy. Small-market billboard space is cheaper than most people think, which makes this scarily achievable.
Heavy sentence
Severity 4 punishments are the ones people talk about for years, which is exactly why they need full league buy-in before week one. Put it in the constitution, set the deadline, and agree on proof requirements up front.
The long haul: this is not a one-afternoon sentence. With a time commitment of one month, the punishment keeps paying out (for everyone else) long after the season ends. Long sentences need a written end date and a league-appointed enforcer who checks compliance.
Budget note: this is one of the expensive ones. Decide before the season whether the loser pays, the pot pays, or the league splits it, and write that down. Money arguments kill leagues faster than collusion.
