The loser does their weekly grocery shop wearing full football pads, helmet included, and posts it to Instagram. Squeezing shoulder pads down the cereal aisle while strangers stare is the whole punishment. Some leagues add a sign taped to the back: 'Ask me about my fantasy team'.
Budget note: this one costs nothing but dignity, which makes it a strong pick for leagues that would rather spend the pot on the champion than on the loser's downfall.
