Embarrassment sentence
The loser approaches strangers with a microphone and camera and interviews them about fantasy football, introducing themselves each time as the worst manager in their league. A set number of completed interviews ends the sentence. Rejections do not count toward the total.
Budget note: this one costs nothing but dignity, which makes it a strong pick for leagues that would rather spend the pot on the champion than on the loser's downfall.
